1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Timeframe

You must notify us of any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving the package by emailing support@makhanadelights.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
